Xbox series X has 12.155 teraflops for processing graphics and it can be overclocked with means basically it can run on double the processing power. PS5 has only 10 teraflops. So basically the Xbox can run native 4K or up to 8k resolution while the PS5 can only run at 4K
Id say if they had 3-5 years minimum and the processing power of the Xbox Series X (or maybe a more powerful console at that point) (twice as much as the One x and nearly three times the PS4 Pro)
They could make THE PERFECT Open world racer.
The next-gen Xbox is named Xbox Series X, coming Holiday 2020. #TheGameAwards
-PC-inspired design, stands vertically (or horizontally)
-Slight controller redesign; smaller, Share button, redesigned D-pad
-4x processing power of Xbox One X, 8K support
It's a bit complicated because VR headsets require quite a lot of processing power to work properly, which PSVR solved with an additional processor unit that came with the headset.
I'm sure it can be done with Xbox Series X, but not sure if it can be done in a convenient way.
Xbox Series X=52 CU
Ps5 = 36 CU
That means that xbox HAVE more processing power ergo better RT, Better Textures, Stable Framerate etc.
Ps5 have middle RT support while Xbox is full. An example is that minecraft RT cant run on PS5.
@XcloudTimdog@Dealer_Gaming Saints Row 3rd: This is what 2TF difference means with same resolution on 2017 consoles. The same 2TF advantage on Xbox Series X vs. PS5 will continue on 2020 consoles.
