Sarah has jumped in to help. Cannot ask for more or better. So far know that my OnlineBillers are ok on your server and updated yesterday. They just do not show in my local files and if I use an older backup where they do show, they get erased on update.
I restored from a week before. Billers were there. Updated all including billers and.....
"Unable to update bills. Go to Online Bills to see more"!!
And they are all gone.

Updating WIPES out all OnlineBillers. Must be in my file on YOUR server!
Hi Jay, We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. The R10.11 update did cause a crash for some Users when updating OnlineBillers which should be fixed with the R11.6 update, in staged release as of Tues. 7/31/18 and available at https://bit.ly/2D9yFER. Thanks!
@AskCapitalOne I see my QuickenOnline settings need to change to Express Web Connect soon. Having trouble accessing directions to do this (I've tried 3 different browsers unsuccessfully). Is there anywhere else I can access directions? Thx.

@SamsClubOnline payment * invoice unprintable. No pdf. Can do excel, csv, quicken and quickbooks online but no PDF? Left message in November. They said pls call. Sigh. Left another one this month. Pls fix your site.
