I am so sorry. Both feel so awful. Hyponatremia = dizziness and nausea. Ketones in your urine possibly from your poor kidneys trying to compensate for excess fluid. Lyme, etc can affect kidneys which could explain chronic low BP and unstable blood sugar.I know the feeling(s)!

I'm normally 120/70 or lower, at one point I was under 65 and had lots of exercise induced dizziness. I had hyponatremia too.
